As football prepares for one of its biggest summers, Tommy Hilfiger is turning its attention to the athletes helping shape the sport’s growing influence beyond the pitch.

The American fashion house has unveiled its Summer 2026 campaign starring some of Liverpool FC’s biggest names, bringing together classic preppy dressing and modern football culture through a series of portraits captured near Anfield by photographer Alisdair McLellan.

Long gone are the days when footballers were known solely for their performances on the field. Today, personal style plays an increasingly important role in how players present themselves, with arrival tunnels often becoming unofficial runways before the match even begins.

Tommy Hilfiger’s latest campaign taps directly into that shift.

Set against a backdrop of bright summer optimism, players including Dominik Szoboszlai, Cody Gakpo, Alexis Mac Allister and Alexander Isak showcase the brand’s signature take on American style through lightweight tailoring, knitwear and easy separates.

Dominik Szoboszlai and Cody Gakpo embrace a sharper approach in linen blazers and tailored pieces that feel perfectly suited to summer, while Alexis Mac Allister and Alexander Isak take a more relaxed route in cable-knit polo shirts and chinos.

Naturally, Tommy Hilfiger’s signature red, white and blue palette remains at the heart of the collection.

Breton stripes, maritime-inspired outerwear and clean tailoring reference the brand’s long-standing preppy heritage, while updated cuts and lighter fabrics give familiar classics a fresh feel for Summer 2026.

Part of what makes the campaign work is its simplicity. Rather than relying on elaborate sets or heavy styling, the focus remains on the clothes and the personalities wearing them. Each player brings a different energy to the collection, highlighting how modern athletes continue to shape conversations around fashion and personal style.

For Tommy Hilfiger, the partnership also continues a long-standing relationship with sport.

From Formula 1 to American football and now global football culture, the brand has consistently aligned itself with athletes at defining moments in their careers. As the official global partner of Liverpool FC, this latest campaign feels like a natural extension of that connection.

Classic, confident and easy to wear, the Summer 2026 collection shows how Tommy Hilfiger’s preppy staples continue to find relevance through a new generation of sporting icons.

The Tommy Hilfiger Summer 2026 collection is available through Tommy Hilfiger stores worldwide, online and via selected retailers.
